Salary: Base $70k, OTE $140k–$180k

What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting and consultative discovery.
- Position advertising, websites, and digital marketing products to align with law firm growth goals.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce.
- Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to improve client outcomes.
- Mentor new hire Account Executives and share sales best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
- 2–3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Fluency in Salesforce for reporting and pipeline hygiene.
- Experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement tools.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate ROI.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills for high-level presentations.
