Salary: Base $70k, OTE $140k–$180k

What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting and consultative discovery.
  • Position advertising, websites, and digital marketing products to align with law firm growth goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to improve client outcomes.
  • Mentor new hire Account Executives and share sales best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
  • 2–3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Fluency in Salesforce for reporting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement tools.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate ROI.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills for high-level presentations.

  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or SMB marketplaces.
