What you will do
- Execute client account plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical communication solutions.
- Manage account financials, forecasts, and delivery against revenue targets.
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients across multiple levels of seniority.
- Coordinate with internal teams (medical, creative, strategy) and third-party suppliers to exceed client expectations.
- Lead client status meetings and deliver presentation pitches to new clients.
- Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to proposals.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or partnership-focused roles.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in client relationship building and proactive problem solving.
- Analytical mindset and ability to run projects autonomously.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from London, Macclesfield, or Manchester.
Nice to have
- Experience within the medcomms or healthcare industry.
- Experience working on innovative strategic programs for clients.
- Degree in Life Sciences.
