People and Culture Specialist (AI Consulting)

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for employees and contractors, conducting 1:1s and gathering feedback to identify patterns.
• Support and evolve core People processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and career progression.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and operational ways of working.
• Drive internal communications, employer branding, and ESG-related initiatives and policies.
• Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen the sense of community and belonging across the company.
• Analyze people data (eNPS, surveys) and translate insights into clear, actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in People Ops, HR, or Employee Engagement within fast-paced tech or consulting environments.
• Strong judgement and interpersonal skills for navigating sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
• Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Must be based in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Experience in remote-first or international companies.
• Exposure to tools like Personio, ClickUp, or people analytics software.
• Experience with automation and AI tools.
• High fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Polish.
