Location: Must be based in Switzerland (Schlieren) with hybrid work flexibility.

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative and employment topics.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employment contracts and personnel documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support monthly payroll activities and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with internal processes and Swiss labor regulations.
  • Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of administrative P&C processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations within Switzerland.
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills.
  • Hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle and payroll support.
  • Solid understanding of Swiss social security and labor law basics.
  • Structured, reliable working style with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong service orientation.
