What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs concerning organizational change and turnaround strategies.
• Evaluate AI responses for practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
• Draft realistic turnaround and change scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, including consultants, clients, and leadership.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated organizational content.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a turnaround or change consultant.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record in advising, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies.
• Ability to provide structured, critical feedback independently.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
