What you will do

• Translate AI use cases into comprehensive adoption strategies including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Develop client-ready OCM roadmaps, communication plans, and training materials tailored to project complexity.
• Identify and mitigate resistance to change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure OCM integration from the start of engagements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the refinement of delivery templates and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in OCM delivery for digital or technology transformation projects.
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to adapt communication styles for both technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in the organizational implications of AI.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Milano.
