What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors to ensure a customer-focused approach in all interactihirify.globals.
• Drive sales performance and act as a Brand Champihirify.global by communicating company philosophy and values.
• Manage inventory operatihirify.globals, including product ordering and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet demand.
• Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain a premium and visually appealing shopping experience.
• Coordinate with store leadership, IT, and Facility Management regarding operatihirify.globalal product flow and system functihirify.globalality.
• Develop ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities to increase visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in retail operatihirify.globals or customer-focused envirhirify.globalments.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement.

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
