TL;DR

Employment Lawyer (AI): Reviewing and refining AI-generated content related to employment law and workplace policies with an accent on EU/UK compliance. Focus on creating realistic legal scenarios and identifying reasoning gaps in AI outputs to improve legal accuracy.

Location: Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

Compensation: €108 – €180 per hour

What you will do

  • Review and refine AI-generated content on employment law, workplace policies, and HR regulations.
  • Assess AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with EU/UK employment laws.
  • Draft realistic employment scenarios and case studies drawn from real-life legal experience.
  • Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, including legal counsel, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify reasoning gaps, compliance risks, and weak logic in AI-generated legal content.

Requirements

  • Senior experience as an employment lawyer, HR compliance expert, or labor regulation specialist.
  • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with employment law and HR documentation.
  • Strong ability to evaluate legal accuracy, risk, and enforceability in documents.
  • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with near-term start date.
