What you will do

• Oversee the legal, governance, and compliance framework across all international entities.
• Advise senior leadership on corporate governance, shareholder matters, and financing activities.
• Lead the negotiation and optimization of enterprise commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with data protection laws and AI-specific regulations.
• Support employment, mobility, and equity-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop scalable legal processes and risk management templates to enable growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, or technology law.
• Professional background in a top-tier Swiss or international law firm plus in-house experience.
• Expertise in Swiss corporate governance and venture-backed company dynamics (fundraising, ESOPs).
• Knowledge of employment law across Switzerland, Germany, and Spain.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, Swiss data protection, and the EU AI Act.
• Fluent in English and fluent in German and/or French.
