What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated content regarding organizational structures, operating models, and change processes.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic organizational design scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated design content.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives, including leadership and HR.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience as an organizational design specialist.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven experience in advising on, planning, and implementing organizational transformation projects.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
