What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on corporate governance, M&A, commercial transactions, and contract drafting.
• Evaluate AI responses for legal realism, commercial sense, and application to real-world scenarios.
• Draft realistic corporate legal scenarios and case studies drawn from professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, including legal counsel, board members, and regulators.
• Identify flaws, gaps, or weak logic in AI-generated legal content to improve system accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Senior experience as a corporate lawyer, in-house counsel, or legal consultant.
• Several years of hands-on experience in corporate law across complex and high-stakes environments.
• Strong ability to evaluate legal logic, risk, and practical implementation.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
