What you will do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics such as contract negotiation, regulatory interpretation, risk analysis, and in-house counsel strategy.
- Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, realistic application, and practical business alignment.
- Draft realistic legal scenarios and case studies based on direct professional experience.
- Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, including General Counsel, executive, and regulator.
- Identify gaps, flawed logic, or weak legal analysis in AI-generated outputs.
Requirements
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
- Senior-level experience as a General Counsel, in-house legal counsel, or equivalent legal professional.
- Several years of hands-on experience addressing complex legal matters (e.g., contract law, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation).
- Strong ability to evaluate legal reasoning and distinguish between theory and practical, actionable solutions.
- Availability for 8–20 hours per week with immediate availability.
