What you will do

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs on HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, and employee relations
• Draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting real-world organizational experience
• Create scenario variations from diverse perspectives, including HRBPs, people leads, and board members
• Identify gaps, oversimplifications, and flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content
• Ensure AI responses align with commercial realism and HR best practices

Requirements

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
• Several years of hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, or transformative people projects
• Strong ability to assess HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with near-term availability
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
