TL;DR

Client Sales Executive (IoT): Managing and expanding a portfolio of business accounts to drive revenue growth through the sale of connectivity, cloud, and IoT solutions with an accent on account retention and value expansion. Focus on solution selling, cross-selling/upselling converged services, and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Location: Hybrid (Stoke-on-Trent, UK). Must be able to work from the office 2-3 days per week (at least 8 days per month).

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated account base of approximately 120 business customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to build and retain customer business.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, and IoT solutions.
  • Apply solution selling techniques to differentiate services from competitors and deliver business outcomes.
  • Make commercially responsible decisions in every interaction to ensure customer and company needs are met.
  • Drive NPS improvement by optimizing the end-to-end customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience is essential for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and digitization.
  • Demonstrated record of effective collaboration within a team environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Stoke-on-Trent Contact Centre.
