What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination and provide tailored financial solutions based on client environments.
  • Analyze competitor capabilities and gaps to better position hirify.global's banking solutions.
  • Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including revenue growth, reducing client churn, and increasing wallet-share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional presentations, proposals, and meetings.
  • Provide feedback to technology and product managers to expand business capabilities and originate new business via referrals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Financial Services within a sales or relationship management role.
  • Proven experience working in an FX institution or commercial bank selling to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
  • Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Fluency in English is required.
