What you will do

• Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with the platform.
• Organize and schedule client calls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams.
• Gather and track client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients informed throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into the website and marketing platform.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or related roles (internships welcome).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in client-facing roles.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing.
