What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 corporate clients trading via the EBO platform.
• Provide daily operational and trading assistance for foreign exchange (FX) needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high-level corporate client relationships.
• Identify and promote new growth opportunities and currency requirements within existing accounts.
• Execute live currency trade bookings and handle high-value payments with extreme accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex client issues and queries.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto (Onsite)
• English: Completely fluent (C1+) required
• Proven experience in client servicing and managing high-pressure workloads with tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence dealing with exchange rates and profit margins.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneous enquiries across several platforms.

• Prior knowledge of FX markets.
• Previous sales skills and experience.
