What you will do

• Support the development of the 2027 Strategic Plan.
• Collect and consolidate strategic plans from various departments across the organization.
• Analyze and evaluate department-level plans against organizational goals and the "Big 6" strategic priorities.
• Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with overall enterprise objectives.
• Prepare reports and materials to support strategic planning efforts.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA or an undergraduate degree majoring in Business, Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be able to work in New Haven, CT, US
