Salary: $106,729 - $130,000

What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Catholic operational knowledge and liturgical traditions.
- Define and maintain the product narrative for Catholic diocese leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX to prioritize Catholic-specific features within the shared product portfolio.
- Develop AI-driven features using a "Human-in-the-Loop" approach aligned with Catholic social teaching.
- Support Sales and Customer Success in articulating product value to Catholic stakeholders.
- Track adoption, NPS, and retention signals for the Catholic market segment.
Requirements
- Deep Catholic domain fluency (required), including knowledge of parish life, liturgical calendars, and stewardship models.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably with complex workflows or financial data.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- AI product fluency, including the ability to define requirements for LLM-based features.
- Technical proficiency with APIs and integrations.
- Must be based in one of the approved US states.
