Salary: $106,729 - $130,000

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for Catholic operational knowledge and liturgical traditions.
• Define and maintain the product narrative for Catholic diocese leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to prioritize Catholic-specific features within the shared product portfolio.
• Develop AI-driven features using a "Human-in-the-Loop" approach aligned with Catholic social teaching.
• Support Sales and Customer Success in articulating product value to Catholic stakeholders.
• Track adoption, NPS, and retention signals for the Catholic market segment.

Requirements

• Deep Catholic domain fluency (required), including knowledge of parish life, liturgical calendars, and stewardship models.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably with complex workflows or financial data.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• AI product fluency, including the ability to define requirements for LLM-based features.
• Technical proficiency with APIs and integrations.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states.
