What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic clients, ensuring quality, scalability, and predictable execution.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for CTOs and senior engineering stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation during pre-sales and early project phases.
• Define and govern cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure) following best practices and security standards.
• Guide engineering teams in implementing modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Oversee the full SDLC, managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, or architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong background in modern application architectures, including microservices and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one core technology stack (Java, Python, Node, or React).
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams and managing senior technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data platforms, Data Governance, or Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.
• Experience in large-scale or enterprise digital transformation programs.
