What you will do

• Develop a self-serve advertising platform for automated Meta and Google ad campaign management.
• Build an AI pipeline to create and publish on-brand social video content to Instagram and TikTok.
• Design data models and event architecture for full-funnel attribution from ad spend to closed deals.
• Create systems to unlock organic growth via traditional search engines and AI-powered generative search (GEO).
• Shape platform architecture and drive AI-powered product delivery as a technical leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or staff-level roles.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in AWS environments.
• Strong proficiency with GraphQL, Kafka, SQS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to have

• Daily experience building with AI tools (e.g., using Claude Code as a core workflow).
• Strong perspectives on how AI transforms software architecture and engineering culture.
