What you will do

• Set technical direction and architecture for major platform components.
• Own high-stakes, ambiguous technical problems end-to-end.
• Integrate cutting-edge language models into enterprise customer workflows with a focus on reliability and safety.
• Make critical build vs. buy and architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical leadership.
• Maintain high standards for system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Romania, or the United Kingdom.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.
• Strong production experience with AWS (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS), PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production.
• Strong DevOps mindset with experience in CI/CD and infrastructure management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js and Python.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform).
• Background in event-driven architecture.
• Experience in customer support or CX software domains.
