What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process of invoice auditing and submission.
• Set up load defaults for customers in the operating system and maintain rates in shared folders.
• Update estimated costs and maintain customer-specific cost sheets.
• Control open blocks in Meridian and resolve customer invoice disputes.
• Verify cost variances with CS and Product teams to ensure customer acceptance of additional costs.
• Ensure supplier invoices are received per agreed rates and escalate variations to management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience in invoice auditing and financial coordination.
• Ability to dispatch invoices within a strict 1 working day turnaround.
• Strong coordination skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to closely monitor operation timelines and escalate delays.
