Logistic Assistant Manager

What you will do

• Manage contract creation, import documentation, and delivery plans aligned with production requirements.
• Oversee daily customs declarations, audits, and quarterly/monthly liquidation reports.
• Control loading and trucking schedules to ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.
• Monitor logistics costs, vendor payments, and 3P service level agreements.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure import-export functions meet business objectives.
• Handle tolling contracts and export procedures for sales rejects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Over 4 years of experience in an EPE or FDI manufacturing company.
• Valid Certificate of customs declaration.
• Extensive knowledge of Vietnam customs regulations and import-export laws.
• Prhirify.globalciency in VNACCS/ECUS systems, Ecosys, and SAP/ERP.
• Fluent English prhirify.globalciency.
