What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply planning, including shortage management and recovery actions across the supply chain.
• Analyze supply–demand gaps using data and AI tools to identify risks and simulate scenarios.
• Manage trade-offs to ensure continuity of operations and optimize business outcomes.
• Monitor inventory health and address aging or slow-moving material risks.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) by ensuring material readiness and coordinating qualification activities.
• Develop real-time dashboards to provide visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand
• English and Thai proficiency required for cross-functional stakeholder influence
• Experience in Supply Planning, Operations, or Industrial Engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong data-analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
