TL;DR
Senior Client Partner (Sales): Leading the expansion phase of growth strategy for existing enterprise clients with an accent on increasing account value and strengthening strategic partnerships. Focus on navigating renewals, managing complex B2B commercial negotiations, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Argentina (Buenos Aires, La Plata, Mendoza, Rosario, Córdoba, Salta, or Jujuy)

What you will do
- Own the expansion strategy across enterprise clients, focusing on upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead strategic business reviews tied to real business outcomes.
- Navigate renewals, contract changes, and conflict resolution with confidence.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success within the technology services industry.
- 5+ years of commercial negotiation experience, including renewals and contracts.
- Proven success growing a book of business by 25%+ annually.
- Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel when required by clients.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM tools for account health tracking and expansion forecasting.
- Experience managing MSAs and SOWs.
