What you will do
- Own the expansion strategy across enterprise clients, focusing on upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead strategic business reviews tied to tangible business outcomes.
- Navigate renewals, contract changes, and conflict resolution with confidence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success within the technology services industry.
- 5+ years of commercial negotiation experience, including renewals and contracts.
- Proven success growing a book of business by 25%+ annually.
- Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel when required by clients.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM tools for account health tracking and expansion forecasting.
- Experience managing MSAs and SOWs.
