What you will do

  • Own the expansion strategy across enterprise clients, focusing on upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic business reviews tied to tangible business outcomes.
  • Navigate renewals, contract changes, and conflict resolution with confidence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success within the technology services industry.
  • 5+ years of commercial negotiation experience, including renewals and contracts.
  • Proven success growing a book of business by 25%+ annually.
  • Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel when required by clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM tools for account health tracking and expansion forecasting.
  • Experience managing MSAs and SOWs.
