Focus on coaching reps to win, improving CRM hygiene, and aligning GTM strategies with product roadmap gaps.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) - Must work 3 days a week in office

What you will do

  • Own mid-market revenue and deliver predictable growth through healthy pipeline coverage and strong conversion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives using MEDDICC and value-based selling.
  • Standardize the mid-market sales motion and optimize CRM hygiene and KPIs in partnership with RevOps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and Customer Success on handoffs and renewals.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product on roadmap gaps and buyer objections to influence GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing AEs.
  • Proven success selling to mid-market accounts (100–1,000 employees).
  • Experience in Series A–C startup environments with evolving processes.
  • Ability to sell technical products to Engineering, DevOps, and Platform teams.

Nice to have

  • Background selling DevTools or developer-adjacent products.
