What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
- Drive outbound pipeline generation within named mid-enterprise accounts.
- Perform high-impact demos to technical and business stakeholders.
- Expand product footprint across multiple teams within existing accounts.
- Create business value assessments and quantify ROI for customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to optimize GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience in technical SaaS.
- Proven track record of generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals.
- Experience selling directly to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps).
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to master complex products quickly.
- Must be based in Japan

- Familiarity with AI, developer tools, and open-source technologies.
- Experience working in a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment.
