TL;DR
Client Success Manager I (Proptech): Managing the early journey of real estate clients to ensure product adoption and tangible business outcomes with an accent on relationship building and platform onboarding. Focus on translating client goals into actionable platform recommendations and driving maximum value from the AI growth platform.
Location: Must be based in the Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ area (Hybrid: in-office 4 days/week for first 30 days, then 3 days/week).
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 a year

What you will do
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and their early journey with the platform.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
- Drive product adoption by translating client business needs into tailored platform recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for client needs and ensure timely solutions.
- Align client brand vision and goals with meaningful platform outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ.
- 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn software platforms; experience with CMS (Wordpress, Shopify) and CRMs is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, or paid media.
- Commitment to working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
