What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, running PoVs, and closing deals.
- Drive outbound pipeline creation within named mid-enterprise accounts.
- Deliver high-impact technical demos to both business and engineering stakeholders.
- Execute land-and-expand strategies to grow usage and footprint across multiple teams.
- Develop business value assessments and quantify ROI for prospective customers.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine GTM strategy and playbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience, preferably in technical SaaS.
- Proven success in generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals.
- Experience selling to engineering leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps managers.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to master complex products quickly.
- Track record of multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling.
- Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI, developer tools, and open source technologies.
- Experience working within a Product Led Growth (PLG) company.
