Location: Hybrid (San Francisco)

Salary: Target OTE $300k

hirify.global is an R&D company creating next-generation Gen AI-driven code reviewers to enhance human-machine collaboration in software development.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, running PoVs, and closing deals.
  • Drive outbound pipeline creation within named mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver high-impact technical demos to both business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Execute land-and-expand strategies to grow usage and footprint across multiple teams.
  • Develop business value assessments and quantify ROI for prospective customers.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine GTM strategy and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience, preferably in technical SaaS.
  • Proven success in generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience selling to engineering leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps managers.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to master complex products quickly.
  • Track record of multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, developer tools, and open source technologies.
  • Experience working within a Product Led Growth (PLG) company.
