What you will do
- Own and execute the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a growing portfolio of customers.
- Develop and maintain renewal playbooks and retention strategies to minimize churn and protect revenue.
- Accurately forecast renewals and proactively identify at-risk accounts.
- Drive renewal conversations and manage timely contract execution to reduce cycle times.
- Coordinate clean handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
- Build renewal dashboards and KPIs to provide strategic insights for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations within SaaS or developer tools.
- Proven track record of meeting renewal targets and managing subscription revenue.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in launching and building scalable operational processes.
- Ability to communicate fluently with GTM, engineering, procurement, and executive teams.
- Must be based in San Francisco or Boston.
