What you will do

  • Own the full SLG demand generation strategy to deliver pipeline meeting quarterly targets.
  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, display, email, and partner channels.
  • Develop the PLG motion, including in-product onboarding journeys, self-serve sign-ups, and activation strategies.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (MAP, attribution, automation) and build ROI dashboards for pipeline health.
  • Oversee virtual and in-person events, webinars, and regional field marketing programs.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of demand generation and marketing operations specialists.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering predictable, scalable pipeline in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising, campaign development, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Experience building or contributing to a PLG motion (activation, onboarding, usage expansion).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and attribution modeling.
  • Must be based in the United States.
