TL;DR
Field Sales Representative (Sales/Hospitality): Proactively identifying and onboarding restaurants to platform with an accent on B2B lead generation, product demonstrations, and relationship management. Focus on expanding the restaurant network in Hamburg through field visits and short-term negotiations.
Location: Hamburg, Germany. Hybrid (2 days home office per week).

What you will do
- Proactively contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners and managers.
- Conduct 4-5 daily drop-ins and scheduled meetings to present 's products and services.
- Pitch table management software, special promotional features, and online booking solutions.
- Analyze restaurant needs to recommend specific features of Manager tool.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement to successful online publication of the restaurant.
Requirements
- Fluent German and good command of English.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality or the restaurant sector.
- Ability to perform field sales and close deals efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
- Must be based in or able to work in Hamburg, Germany.
