What you will do

  • Proactively acquire new customers in collaboration with the Sales Development team.
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client-side stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and lead negotiations through to contract closure.
  • Manage national and international sales contracts to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Take full revenue and results responsibility for the assigned area.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, specifically in new client acquisition.
  • Strong passion for and understanding of the FMCG market and consumer goods industry.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into tangible sales opportunities.
  • Completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Confidence and assertiveness in price negotiations.
