Director, Inside Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the inside sales team to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts with an accent on revenue growth, team mentoring, and data-driven sales strategies. What you will do
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
- Manage the team to achieve and exceed collective quota targets across a defined territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Use a data-driven approach to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to execute effective lead generation campaigns.
- Manage the full hiring cycle for new ISRs, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the inside sales process and industry best practices.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft).
- Experience in the cloud, data infrastructure, or DevOps space is highly desirable.
- Must be based in the USA (as indicated by 401k and HSA benefit offerings).
