TL;DR

Director, Inside Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the inside sales team to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts with an accent on revenue growth, team mentoring, and data-driven sales strategies. Focus on building high-performing ISR teams, optimizing the sales tech stack, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer acquisition.

Location: Hybrid (USA). Candidates must be eligible for US-specific benefits such as 401(k) and HSA.

What you will do

  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
  • Manage the team to achieve and exceed collective quota targets across a defined territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Use a data-driven approach to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to execute effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage the full hiring cycle for new ISRs, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the inside sales process and industry best practices.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft).
  • Experience in the cloud, data infrastructure, or DevOps space is highly desirable.
  • Must be based in the USA (as indicated by 401k and HSA benefit offerings).
