Manager, Account Executive - Enterprise Sales (AI): Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI systems across major industrial and business verticals with an accent on strategic deal execution and team development. Focus on scaling high-performing AE teams, navigating complex F100 sales cycles, and partnering with engineering to deliver optimized AI solutions.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA (office presence at least 25% of the time)

Salary: $360,000 - $550,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Define and execute sales strategies, including territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate CRM-based forecasting.
  • Partner with Applied AI Engineering to facilitate technical conversations and deliver optimized pre- and post-sale solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM leadership to refine sales playbooks and inform product direction via customer feedback.
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities within Industrials, Retail, Telco, Media, and Business Services verticals.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise sales with 7+ years in leadership.
  • Experience leading teams selling into F100 accounts and closing 7-figure deals.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI solutions.
  • Operational rigor in pipeline management and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in the US to comply with the hybrid office policy.
