What you will do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues while maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Post and reconcile financial transactions accurately within QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Generate AR aging reports and financial summaries using advanced Excel functions.
• Coordinate inventory and invoice records using Cin7.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Strong Excel expertise, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional customer calls.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
