What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance C# / .NET applications for electronic trading, pricing, and risk analytics.
• Implement concurrency and parallel programming patterns to optimize system latency and throughput.
• Collaborate with quantitative and infrastructure teams to refine system architecture and technical specifications.
• Maintain and provide 3rd line support for mission-critical production systems, including occasional out-of-hours interventions.
• Contribute to the full software lifecycle, from design and development to testing and release.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in C# / .NET.
• Proven experience in performance-sensitive, real-time, or high-throughput environments.
• Professional background in Front Office, Trading, or Risk IT.
• Deep understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance profiling.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with messaging middleware such as Kafka or Solace.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol or other market connectivity standards.
• Exposure to High Performance Computing (HPC) or grid computing concepts.
