What you will do

• Lead the design and documentation of software system architectures.
• Develop desktop and device applications using C# and .NET.
• Build user interfaces with WPF and Windows Forms.
• Implement communication interfaces for hardware using RS232 and Ethernet.
• Identify and execute opportunities for workflow automation.
• Coach team members on coding standards and development practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in C# and .NET 6 or later.
• Ability to create UML documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockport, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASP.NET or Blazor.
• Experience with C for embedded platforms.
• Python experience for data analysis.
• VBA or VB6 skills.
• Qt GUI experience.
