What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using C#.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services like Lambda, Fargate, and DynamoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems in the financial services domain.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes using PostgreSQL and Aurora.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of the codebase towards a distributed, resource-efficient architecture.

Requirements

• Must have legal permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Mid-level experience in product development with generalist knowledge of software design and agile practices.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD, and modern architecture patterns.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in London.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, transparent mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and distributed systems.
