What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues related to products and services to ensure swift resolution.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Document and track all customer interactions and problems using the CRM system.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Ajax product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of physics and electrical engineering.
• English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Experience in professional customer communication.
• Must be based in Kyiv or Lviv for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Jira and Confluence.
• Degree in technology or engineering.
