Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan (approximately 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage B2B online campaign pipelines and project tasks for a well-known global brand.
  • Develop and execute data-driven performance plans and media strategies across both digital and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers through structured engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with biddable, data analytics, and ad operations teams to ensure regular reporting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the measurement, analysis, and reporting of media campaigns to feed insights back into the planning process.
  • Oversee media buying, insertion order management, and internal/external briefing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a media agency across a range of industries.
  • Proven experience in both online and offline media planning.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (communication, reading, and writing) is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficient time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce paid media.
  • Hands-on operation experience with biddable media.
  • Experience with DoubleClick tools (GCM) and verification tools (IAS/DV).
