What you will do

  • Ensure optimal stock management by monitoring and evaluating distributor sell-out and stock levels.
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers across the region.
  • Oversee order flow, delivery, and the processing of partner rebates and credit notes.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Organize and supervise training and certification programs for distributors.
  • Develop new markets and lead sales negotiations to expand company presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a channel or distribution manager in the electronic security or a related industry.
  • Strong focus on achieving sales targets in both sell-in and sell-out channels.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term strong relationships with distributors.
  • Good analytical skills for interpreting sales data and identifying opportunities.
  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage the South Italy region.
