What you will do

• Translate non-standard business processes, such as counterparty onboarding, KYC, and rating assessments, into robust Salesforce solutions.
• Perform hands-on configuration of business rules, advanced automations (Flows), and custom screens to optimize complex workflows.
• Implement and manage conditional workflows triggered by specific risk or compliance levels to safeguard business operations.
• Analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure they are consistent, secure, and aligned with regulatory constraints.
• Provide expert-level functional support as the primary Salesforce authority for the Energy Management business units.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Senior Administrator.
• Expertise in managing complex, non-standard Salesforce implementations.
• Strong ability to document intricate business rules and translate them into technical logic.
• Familiarity with KYC, compliance, or financial risk processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence business decisions in a demanding environment.
• Must be located in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland
