What you will do

• Perform baseline analysis and consolidation of BCMS documentation.
• Execute gap analysis and propose systemic improvements for business continuity.
• Control consistency and alignment while ensuring document standardization and quality assurance.
• Support the integration of the BCMS into organizational processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the BCMS Task Force.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and extensive practical experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Deep knowledge of BCM frameworks, including BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, and CBF.
• Advanced skills in risk management frameworks, mitigation strategies, and analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in business process modeling using UML or BPMN and associated modeling tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and the project lifecycle.
• English: C1 level required.
• Mandatory certifications: ITIL4 Foundation, BCM Foundation, Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP), and PRINCE2 or PM² (or equivalent professional experience).
