What you will do

• Operate and support Front Office trading systems to ensure high availability and performance during market hours.
• Own incident management from detection through resolution and root cause analysis.
• Investigate complex production issues across Linux/UNIX systems, applications, and databases.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate operational tasks and improve system observability.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Manage releases, deployments, and continuous resilience improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in production engineering, IT operations, or trading support environments.
• Strong Linux/UNIX knowledge in production contexts.
• Solid SQL skills for production analysis and investigations.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in real-time, critical environments.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
