Location: Hybrid (Tokyo, Japan) - Office attendance required approximately four days a week

What you will do

  • Develop digital media strategies and campaign plans tailored to client business goals.
  • Manage relationships with client counterparts and internal account teams.
  • Negotiate terms with media publishers and identify innovative digital solutions.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting in collaboration with ad operations.
  • Participate in new business pitches and assist the Media Planning Director with business development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital media, advertising, PR, or marketing.
  • Fluency in Japanese is a priority; strong English communication skills are a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and client servicing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in performance and programmatic media planning (preferred).
