Focus on managing dependencies across multiple squads, optimizing technical roadmaps, and fostering a culture of extreme autonomy.

Location: Hybrid (Remote, but required to visit the Warsaw office once every two months)

Salary: 150–170 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Lead the operational setup and optimization of Agile Tribes and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Design and maintain scalable delivery models, translating high-level stakeholder goals into actionable backlogs.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization using User Story Mapping and WSJF.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in a complex technical environment involving high-scale data replication and cloud-native services.
• Evangelize Agile and DevOps values and conduct workshops on team autonomy and lean thinking.
• Monitor data-driven metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burn-up) to provide transparent reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years strictly in Agile leadership roles within large-scale environments.
• Deep familiarity with Azure DevOps, Data Factory, LogicApps, and Cloud databases (CosmosDB/SQL).
• Hands-on experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• English: C1 or C2 proficiency is required.
• Location: Must be able to visit the Warsaw office once every two months.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC.
• Proficiency with Jira Cloud, Confluence, and PowerBI.
