What you will do

  • Deliver technical trainings, seminars, presentations, and webinars for customers to increase product knowledge.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to the client base.
  • Provide technical consultation and support for key clients to promote product solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze comparative characteristics of competitor products.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key company partners.
  • Test product features and author technical documentation for new solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Physical Security systems (CCTV, IP surveillance, intrusion).
  • Proficiency in business analysis and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability for regular business trips and customer visits within the Midlands area.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused approach.
